No two bodies are the same, and I don't believe every massage should follow the same routine.
My sessions combine elements of therapeutic, Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage based on what your body needs that day. We can focus on specific areas of tension, incorporate deeper pressure and stretching, slow things down for relaxation—or combine all of the above.
We'll talk before your session about how you're feeling, what needs attention, and the pressure you prefer. From there, I adjust the session as we go.

CHOOSE YOUR SESSION
Targeted | 30 MINUTES — $95
A focused session for one or two specific areas. Great when you're short on time or need concentrated attention on areas like your neck, shoulders, back, or legs.
Essential | 60 MINUTES — $175
A full-body session with time to give additional attention to the areas that need it most. A good choice for regular bodywork and maintenance.
Complete | 90 MINUTES — $225
More time means less rushing. A 90-minute session allows for thorough full-body work while spending meaningful time on specific areas of tension.
Recommended for most clients.
Extended | 120 MINUTES — $275
The most comprehensive experience. Two hours gives us time for detailed, focused work, stretching, and slower restorative bodywork without having to choose between areas.
Prices listed are base rates and may vary depending on the services requested or other circumstances. We will discuss and agree on any changes to the listed rate before your session.
