ABOUT SEAN
I wanted to create the kind of massage I was looking for.
I got into bodywork because I had a hard time finding someone who could give me the kind of massage I wanted.
I'm active. I play sports, work out regularly, and I've learned a lot about my own body through years of training, soreness, tight muscles, recovery, and figuring out what actually makes me feel better.
When I went for massages, I often felt like something was missing. I wanted someone who would really pay attention, spend time where I needed it, adjust as they went, and understand that sometimes the best session doesn't follow a predetermined routine.
So that's the experience I try to give my clients.
Good bodywork starts with paying attention.
I approach every session differently. I listen to what you tell me, but I also pay attention to how your body responds once we start working. If an area needs more time, we'll give it more time. If the pressure needs to change, we change it. The session isn't about checking boxes—it's about helping you feel better.
My personality naturally fits the work, too. I'm pretty easygoing, and people tend to feel comfortable around me quickly. That's important when you're trusting someone with your body and your personal space. I want you to feel comfortable communicating with me, whether that's asking for more pressure, less pressure, more time somewhere, or something completely different.
The work shouldn't end when you leave.
One thing that's particularly important to me is helping clients understand what they can do for themselves.
When appropriate, I'll suggest stretches or simple things you can incorporate into your routine between sessions. I don't want you to feel like the only way you can feel better is by coming back to see me.
The goal isn't to make you dependent on bodywork. It's to help you feel better in your body—here and outside the studio.
Come as you are.
Whether you're here for recovery, tight muscles, relaxation, or simply some time to reset, you're welcome in my studio.
