My sessions can incorporate therapeutic, Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, depending on what your body needs.
Rather than choosing one technique and sticking to it for the entire appointment, I customize the session based on your goals, preferred pressure, areas of tension, and how your body responds during the work.

30 minutes is best for focused work on one or two specific areas.
60 minutes allows for a full-body session with additional attention to problem areas.
90 minutes is what I recommend for most clients. It gives us enough time for thorough full-body work without feeling rushed.
120 minutes offers the most comprehensive experience and gives us plenty of time for deeper targeted work, stretching, and relaxation.

We'll talk briefly about what brought you in, any areas you'd like me to focus on or avoid, your preferred pressure, injuries or sensitivities I should know about, and what you'd like to get from the session.
Communication doesn't stop once the massage begins. You're always welcome to ask for more or less pressure, more attention somewhere, or anything else that would make you more comfortable.

The deposit will be applied toward the cost of your next appointment.

Absolutely. If your neck, shoulders, lower back, legs, glutes, or another area is giving you trouble, let me know.

Tell me.
I want feedback during the session. Pressure can always be adjusted, and speaking up won't offend me. Getting the session right for your body is more important than sticking to a particular technique or pressure level.
